Description
Great Artist Jackson Pollock 1, Acrylic on Aluminum. The story behind this painting - I thought to honor the great artists and consider Jackson Pollock one of them. I used a large fan brush to mimic the drip technique used by JP and then superimposed his image over the painting. I used aluminum for its permanence. So my intent is to use an abstract impressionist technique to honor this artist who in my mind is the greatest at using the same technique.
